To give you a better understanding to provide our do-it-yourself shutters, we have outlined an example of a shutter door distribution.
The color measurements (see figure) are variable so that you easily can create your shutters.
The shutters are a total of 5 width sizes.
255mm, 310mm, 365mm, 420mm and 475mm
The mounting rods are 6 sizes obtain width, depth, however, is always 50mm.
25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm en 50mm
For the hinges, we always play to 2mm. And where the shutter shutters together we 3mm space between.
By playing with the above information, the orange size gets variable. In our calculation we get to 3101mm.
Finally, we still measure the height of the shutter shutters. The height is variable from 1m, rising to 10cm and a height of 2.50m obtain.
